Security Alert!

We recently became aware of some unusual activity on our platform and uncovered a vulnerability that may have exposed some users contact information.

The vulnerability has been corrected and we’d like to assure customers that no sensitive information (e.g. billing information) was exposed or at risk.

As a precautionary measure we advise that you reset your account password at your earliest convenience.

As a belt and braces approach, if you are an outbound customer we have automatically reset your individual sip phone credentials for you, a member of our customer services team (if not already) will be in contact shortly with details on how to update your app should you require. If you use a desk phone then simply reset this by unplugging the power and plugging it back in.

How to update your password
Login to
Go to Profile > Security
Enter your existing and new password into the text fields
Click 'Save Password'
